Our Integrative & Wellness Medicine services blend evidence-based care with lifestyle science to support women and men in midlife. These programs focus on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and overall vitality through personalized plans, education, and ongoing support.

All medically necessary physician assessments and tests remain covered through the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). The program fee covers optional, non-insured wellness services such as body-composition testing, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, supplement planning, app access, and nursing support.

Medical Aesthetics

Minimally invasive medical procedures aimed at improving the physical appearance, and minimizing the effects of normal aging. A range of treatments are used to treat acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, hairless and more. Please note these are all UNINSURED services.

No matter your stage in the menopause journey, I am here to support you with trusted care. Passionate about women’s health at all life stages, I specialize in family medicine with a focus on menopause, perimenopause, contraception, and medical aesthetics. My compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures personalized care tailored to individual needs.

I earned my medical degree (MBChB) from the University of the Free State in South Africa in 2007. After five years in rural healthcare, I relocated to Canada in 2015 and have practiced in Red Deer since 2020. My commitment to women’s health combines extensive medical knowledge with an understanding of their unique challenges.

I am dedicated to educating and empowering women in a safe, respectful environment. Together, we engage in shared decision-making for optimal health outcomes based on evidence-based medicine. Continuously expanding my expertise through ongoing education, I developed a workshop for the local primary care network to empower women in health decisions. I believe informed, supported women navigate their health journeys confidently.

Outside the clinic, I love traveling and spending time outdoors with my husband, our three kids, and our two dogs. I cherish family time and our moments in nature.
