Passionate about women’s health at all life stages, I specialize in family medicine with a focus on menopause, perimenopause, contraception, and medical aesthetics. My compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures personalized care tailored to individual needs.

I earned my medical degree (MBChB) from the University of the Free State in South Africa in 2007. After five years in rural healthcare, I relocated to Canada in 2015 and have practiced in Red Deer since 2020. My commitment to women’s health combines extensive medical knowledge with an understanding of their unique challenges.

I am dedicated to educating and empowering women in a safe, respectful environment. Together, we engage in shared decision-making for optimal health outcomes based on evidence-based medicine. Continuously expanding my expertise through ongoing education, I developed a workshop for the local primary care network to empower women in health decisions. I believe informed, supported women navigate their health journeys confidently.

Outside the clinic, I love traveling and spending time outdoors with my husband, our three kids, and our two dogs. I cherish family time and our moments in nature.
